nipay
NIPAY is a word in Hiligaynon with its meaning in English.
nípay - A kind of vine with down on its seed-pods. This down causes great pain and annoyance, if brought in contact with one’s skin; to treat with nípay, blow or sprinkle nípay upon somebody as an act of revenge or punishment. Nanipáyan siá.
